Carla's focus is empowerment through  education.  It is very important to assess one's lifestyle.  Do you get adequate rest and relaxation? How are you managing stress?  How long is your "To Do" list? Does your diet  support comfortable digestion and elimination?  Are you eating for FUEL  or  ENTERTAINMENT?  Is there a daily bowel elimination? If  not, how long have eliminations been irregular? Any laxative use? Do you get enough exercise?  What are your fitness and wellness goals?  Do you have a strong support system? The answers to these and other questions dictate a plan for well-being.



Carla stresses gradual dietary changes that a client  can adapt to.  It is senseless to shift a person's habits too quickly.  The idea is to create a health-promoting lifestyle.  Awareness regarding food quality is essential to prevention of inflammation, which drives illness.
