Humans are not separate from nature, and our bodies contain the same basic elements as other animals and plants. If we want to support health, we must eat foods that are alive and that contain the molecules from nature that living beings are made of. The human body is self-healing and self-sustaining. The same foods that will prevent disease are often the best treatment option once dis-ease is present. Inflammation in the body from dead, processed food and toxins in the environment contribute to most dis-ease states.

"I am completely confident leaving my mother in Carla's capable hands. I know that Mom will feel safe and loved; she is always treated with the utmost dignity and respect,"
---Katherine H. Mitchell
"Our family has known Carla for a number of years, as she lovingly cared for our father as he passed into the life eternal, then a few years later with our mother. In the interim, Carla remained a caring friend to our mother and since then, to all of the rest of the family. She is both skilled as a nurse and massage therapist, and loving and caring as a person. It was a truly blessed combination for us."
“Infirmity and sickness, at any age, is the direct result of loading up the body with food which contains no vitality, and at the same time allowing the intestines to remain loaded with waste matter.” ---Dr. Norman Walker
Edgar Cayce Reading 1579-1:
There is the physical body,
There is the mental body,
There is the spiritual body.
They are one.
They each have their attributes.
They each have their weaknesses.
They each have their associations.
Yet they must be all coordinated.
"Carla is an incredible massage therapist! Not only does she give the best massage that I have ever received, but she is very accommodating when scheduling appointments. In addition, she offers in-home massages, which I have found to be very convenient and a huge time saver. I strongly recommend Carla for the best in-home massage!!!"
"Carla is a gentle, strong, and caring practitioner, who is very knowledgeable about nutrition and health, with multiple skill sets that support holism. I have confidence in her abilities as a registered nurse and feel I can trust her guidance and support."
"Carla Andersen is a capable and outstanding caregiver. It is difficult to find someone who encompasses the skills that she possesses and to find someone who is trustworthy, dependable, dedicated and loving in the way that Carla provides care."
---Barger Jeutter Robertson
For the past nine years I have had a small business helping elderly people stay in their homes. Because elderly people are delicate, and often have complicated medical issues, they need someone with topnotch skills in nursing, massage, energy healing and nutrition to work with them. They need someone who really cares about them. Carla brings all of that and so much more, to every person she works with. I recommend her - without reservation – as often as I can.

“Dis-ease symptoms are an effort of the body to eliminate waste, mucus and toxemia. This system assists Nature in the most perfect and natural way. Not the dis-ease but the body is to be healed; it must be cleansed, freed from waste and foreign matter, from mucus and toxemia- accumulated since childhood.”
------Professor Arnold Ehret
